I believe that society does indeed promote rape. I think that women are becoming less and less conservative, and trends are becoming more and more provacative. Sometimes i walk by 14 year olds or less wearing the skankiest outfits, how is this not promoting rape? We all know that the more provacative womens outfits are the more men will be attracted. Therefore if i was looking for a girl to rape, i would probably be more attracted to a girl wearing very provacative clothing. I also think that our society is becoming more comfortable with sexuality... people are coming out and letting the world know that they are gay, nelly produces the raunchiest sexual video ever... what i am trying to say is our world is evolving in a way where sex is ok. I think that this could somehow also promote rape. All we see nowadays is sex, sex, sex, violence, violence, violence.. and what is rape? sex, and violence.
